Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before or after you place your order. We will be happy to answer any questions, help make selections and even take your order over the phone.

The best way to contact us is via email at sales@sandpailkids.com. We accept orders over the phone between the hours of 9:00 and 3:00 PST. If you don't reach us please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our offices and warehouse are closed on weekends and holidays.

At SandPailKids.com we value you as a customer and will maintain complete privacy of all personal information received through our website. SandPailKids.com will not distribute, rent, or sell your information to any third party.

Payment Methods
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Pay Pal. We vow to provide the safest online processing possible. However, if you do not feel comfortable ordering online or prefer talking to a Customer Service Representative, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.

Disclaimer
Activities in and around water have significant risks. The actual use of the products sold on this site is outside the control of Sand Pail Kids. Not all activities are suitable for everyone. There is no substitute for adequate supervision. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that products bought from this site are used cautiously, appropriately and safely.

Release of Liability
By entering this site, you hereby release and discharge Sand Pail Kids, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives, from any and all liability for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold and their use.

Product Availability
We are an online retailer only, and all of our available merchandise is listed on our web site. If an item seems to "disappear" from your cart most likely that item is sold out and no longer available. If this is the case out of stock information will appear at the top of the shopping cart in bold, red letters. Our web site is usually updated every 12-24 hours, sometimes more frequently, but a size that is actually sold out will appear in the list of available options until the next update. Please be aware that adding an item to your shopping cart does not "hold" the items for you. Transactions are not considered final, (and therefore items are not reserved from available inventory), until the checkout process has been completed. We use a real time inventory system, (which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart), so it's rare that an item that you have ordered will be backordered or cancelled, however errors in inventory do occur from time to time. In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment as scheduled, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order and let you know if it has been placed on backorder or cancelled.

Size Charts
Please use the size charts on the size chart page to help determine sizing, however keep in mind that due to variations between children, brands, styles, and personal preferences we cannot guarantee fit. We have found that height is a better indicator of size than weight. If in doubt you may wish to order up a size, as children will always grow!

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your shipment, but occasionally items are damaged in transit or there are flaws not visible to our shipping department. Should you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please contact us immediately at sales@sandpailkids.com so that we may arrange for replacement and return shipping of damaged/flawed items.

Missing or Incorrect Items
In spite of our best efforts to fulfill each order perfectly, occasionally human error results in an error in the packing of an order. Should this occur, please contact us immediately at sales@sandpailkids.com or (206) 632-1448 so that we may have the opportunity to correct our error in a timely fashion with as little inconvenience as possible to you.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We will replace any item that you are unhappy with or offer you a full refund less the shipping cost. Simply return your purchase to us postmarked within 14 days for a full refund.

Items must be in their original condition, tags still attached and in the original packaging. We can only credit the card used for the original purchasing transaction. If you are making a return within the normal return policy guidelines we do not require a return authorization and it is not necessary to notify us that you are sending a return.

How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned with the return package. Exchanges
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Send your return items as specified above in the returns section. Your account will be credited when we receive your return. Please email us if you have any questions at sales@sandpailkids.com. If you have a gift to exchange please e-mail or call us to confirm we have the items in stock before you send your exchange.


Gift Certificates
Please email us so we can customize a gift certificate for any dollar amount. We will be happy to send the certificate to the recipient.


Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped the following business day after receipt. We ship Monday through Thursday using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We also offer Express Shipment, Overnight Shipment, and International Shipping options. There is no shipping on Friday or the weekend.

United States - Priority Mail

Flat shipping fee of $8.50 for all Priority Mail orders. We now have free shipping on any Priority Mail orders over $100! Simply choose Priority Mail and it will automatically remove the shipping charge if your order total is $100 or more. Packages typically arrive within 3-8 business days.

United States - Express Shipment Option

Flat shipping fee of $24.00. Orders received before 11:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will arrive in two business days. Orders received after 11:00AM PST will be shipped on the following business day. For example, if an order is placed prior to 11:00AM PST on Monday the shipment would arrive by the end of the day on Wednesday. An order recieved after 11:00AM PST would arive by the end of the day on Thursday. Some items are not available for Express delivery please read the item description to make sure.

United States - Overnight Shipment Option

Flat shipping fee of $39.00. Orders received before 11:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will arrive the next business day. Orders received after 11:00AM PST will be shipped on the following business day. For example, if an order is placed prior to 11:00AM PST on Monday the shipment would arrive by the end of the day on Tuesday. An order that is placed after 11:00AM PST would arrive by the end of the day Wednesday. Some items are not available for Express delivery please read the item description to make sure.

Canadian Shipments
Flat shipping fee of $16.00. Orders should arrive within 4-10 business days. Sand Pail Kids is required by law to disclose on customs forms the contents and value of your order. You may be required to pay additional taxes, duty, and/or customs charges as required by your local government. We do not ship Express or overnight to Canada. Some items are not available for Canadian delivery please read the item description to make sure.

International Orders - Outside Canada
We ship all international orders using UPS. There is a flat shipping fee of $32.00 for all orders. International orders typically take about 7 days business days, but may take as long as four weeks to arrive. Sand Pail Kids is required by law to disclose on customs forms the contents and value of your order. You may be required to pay additional taxes, duty, and/or customs charges as required by your local government. We do not ship express or overnight for international orders. Some items are not available for International delivery please read the item description to make sure.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. We will charge for any and all carrier confirmed deliveries of merchandise.
